- Amazon announced it will offer its telehealth service, called Amazon Care, nationwide and expand its in-person care to 20 additional cities. Amazon launched Amazon Care in 2019 and said it’s capitalizing on the surge in demand for in-home care, both virtually and in person, generated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
