  • Unvaccinated adults ages 50 or older are substantially more likely to be hospitalized with COVID-19 than those who are fully vaccinated and have gotten a booster shot, according to the CDC’s first real-world data on the extra doses in the U.S. Among adults ages 50 to 64, for example, unvaccinated people are 44 times more likely to be hospitalized than their fully vaccinated peers who had also gotten a booster dose. (Article here)
