- Third Horizon Strategies is one of six organizations sponsoring a Health News Illinois virtual panel exploring the future of telehealth in Illinois. Earlier this year, Illinois became one of the first states in the country to expand telehealth protections and coverage requirements beyond the COVID-19 public health emergency. While advocates for the measure are optimistic it will help sustain advancements in telehealth, some parts of the state still struggle with access to broadband and the infrastructure needed to utilize the technology.
