- Jefferson Health and BAYADA Home Health Care announced an agreement to form a home health joint venture. The new venture, Jefferson Health at Home, will offer the Philadelphia-based system’s patients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in-home and virtual care. It will also include an academic affiliation, which will create new training opportunities for Jefferson students, particularly at the Jefferson College of Nursing. The deal is expected to close in spring 2022. (Press release here)
