  • Johnson & Johnson (J&J) notified its customers that effective May 2 it will no longer offer 340B-discounted products to contract pharmacies. J&J said the decision is based on a desire to cut off any duplicative discounts or diversion, noting that “the government itself has repeatedly expressed concerns about diversion and duplicate discounts involving contract pharmacies.” It is the 16th drugmaker to install or propose contract pharmacy restrictions.
