  • A Milliman study conducted on behalf of the Better Medicare Alliance found that all but one Medicare Advantage (MA) plans are offering supplemental benefits in 2022. The study also found a 38 percent increase in supplemental benefits for helping the chronically ill. Ninety-seven percent of MA plans offer vision coverage, followed by hearing (94 percent), fitness (94 percent), and dental care (91 percent). Another 84 percent of plans offer over-the-counter benefits and 69 percent a meal benefit to seniors. (Press release here)
