  • The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced it has temporarily suspended its ban on sales of the e-cigarette maker Juul. The agency also said that the company is allowed to market its products in the U.S. for the time being. The announcement comes two weeks after the agency banned the sale of Juul e-cigarettes. A federal appeals court subsequently blocked the ban, granting the e-cigarette maker’s request for a stay. (Articles here and here)
