- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) said it has observed an “alarming” trend of brightly-colored fentanyl used to attract children and young people. The fentanyl is manufactured to look like candy and is sold as pills, powder, and blocks. Thus far, officials have seized the “rainbow” fentanyl in 18 states. (Article here)
