  • ndo International PLC said it is negotiating with senior lenders over what is likely to result in a filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy. The pharmaceutical manufacturer has reached opioid settlements with several states – including Alabama, Florida, New York, Texas, and West Virginia – but it still faces roughly 3,500 lawsuits tied to its painkiller Opana from state and local governments, private providers, and individuals.
