  • The number of older adults enrolled in Medicare Advantage (MA) plans has more than doubled over the last decade to 28 million individuals in 2022, representing 45 percent of all eligible enrollees. By 2025, more than half of all eligible beneficiaries are expected to sign up for the MA program. Simultaneously, the number of plans has also grown.
