- Oscar Health announced it will expand the reach of its Cigna + Oscar small business plans into the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Pending regulatory approval, the plans will be offered in five counties – Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia – starting January 1, 2023. The plans target small businesses with between one and 50 employees. Oscar also told investors that it is pausing new deals for its +Oscar tech stack for more than a year as it manages issues in integrating with Health First Health Plans.
