  • The Supreme Court dismissed cases disputing the Trump administration’s approval of Medicaid work requirements in Arkansas and New Hampshire. The justices on Monday agreed the cases are now moot and sent them back to the trial court with instructions to wipe the decisions off the books. However, work requirements are still being debated in the lower courts, since Georgia sued the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) over the agency’s decision to pull approval for the state’s planned requirements.
