  • Johnson & Johnson (J&J) filed a lawsuit Wednesday accusing pharmacy benefit manager SaveOnSP of improperly exploiting J&J’s copay assistance program, called Janssen CarePath, that pays out-of-pocket costs for patients who use some of the company’s pricier prescription drugs. According to the lawsuit, J&J has paid at least $100 million more in copay assistance than it otherwise would have as a result of the services provided by SaveOnSP. (Article here)
