- Anthem Inc. plans to change its name to Elevance Health Inc., aiming to recast itself as a company with a broader portfolio and focus than its traditional business of health insurance. Anthem CEO Gail Boudreaux said that the new name better reflects Anthem’s business. “It’s saying, look, healthcare is more than just health benefits,” she said.
