  • A new survey from Willis Towers Watson revealed that employers are examining their relation with health and wellbeing vendors to ensure they are getting their money’s worth and receiving the services that the vendor said they would deliver. The survey found that 88 percent of respondents are planning to make changes to their vendor partnerships either this year or next. Fifty-five percent plan to make changes to their health and wellbeing offerings over the next two years and 37 percent that provide mental health benefits want to add more employee mental health assistance programs, including improving access to medications that address those problems. An additional 43 percent want to change their digital platforms, including digital hubs and health information portals. (Press release here)
