- President Biden signed the PACT Act expanding health care eligibility for veterans exposed to toxins. The legislation is one of the largest expansions of veterans benefits in American history – it allocates $280 billion in federal funding to help veterans who believe they were exposed to toxins during their service apply for medical benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
