  • A federal lawsuit in Texas is challenging the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) requirement for insurers to cover preventative health services. A district court judge in September ruled that the way certain preventive services are determined to be covered was unconstitutional. Now, both sides of the challenge are now waiting to see if the judge will strike down the requirement, which would likely send the case to the Supreme Court. (Article here)
