  • The White House will convene top federal officials, scientists, and Pfizer and Moderna pharmaceutical executives tomorrow to discuss new COVID-19 vaccine technologies. Ashish Jha, the White House’s COVID-19 response coordinator, acknowledged that more money from Congress will be required to launch a campaign for the next generation of vaccines, which he said “are going to be far more durable, that are going to provide far longer-lasting protection, no matter what the virus does or how it evolves.” (Article here)
