- Georgia Governor Brian Kemp filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration to force the reinstatement of the state’s Medicaid waiver. The Trump administration approved the plan, which would have imposed work requirements and premiums. Last month, HHS informed Georgia it won’t be able to impose work requirements on beneficiaries or charge premiums beyond those allowed in the Medicaid statute. (Article here)
