- Senators Roger Marshall and Jeanne Shaheen plan to introduce legislation that will require social media companies to report fentanyl activity to law enforcement. The legislation would add to House Republicans’ strategy to increase oversight of tech companies’ roles in illegal drug sales on their platforms when the party officially takes control of the chamber.
