  • Cigna is exiting the Affordable Care Act exchange (ACA) in Kansas and Missouri and will depart from four counties in Arizona and Utah. A Cigna Healthcare spokesperson said the company’s goal is to provide access to high-quality care and offer significant value to its customers, and the company was unable to offer that standard of product at an affordable price in these markets. The insurer will move ahead with plans to grow into 15 additional counties in North Carolina and remains committed to growing its presence in the ACA marketplace. (Article here)
