Aisha Waheed

Vice President of Finance and Operations

Aisha supports the firm’s daily operations, including financial management, business administration, and human resources.

Aisha has over 10 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and drive business growth. Prior to joining Third Horizon Strategies, Aisha was the director of business operations for a national dental support organization. There, she managed budgets and financial performance, including forecasting and cost control, and implemented best practices for operational efficiency and performance management. She also previously served as the director of finance and operations at the National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence, an advocacy organization that focused on alcoholism, drug addiction, and the consequences of alcohol and other drug use.

Aisha has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Western Connecticut State University.

A few fun facts about Aisha…

Aisha’s favorite beverage is milk tea, and her favorite hobby is traveling. If she were to retire tomorrow, she would move to Hawaii and go snorkeling every day.
