- Humana announced it finished rebranding the home health division it acquired from Kindred at Home. The step is the third and final phase of Humana’s efforts to launch CenterWell Home Health and its latest effort to unite its health care service offerings under one umbrella, including also senior primary care and pharmacy. “By bringing these services under CenterWell, Humana is working to close gaps in care to help more people live healthier and happier, while improving health outcomes and lowering costs,” the insurer said in a release.
