The article specifically highlights an Oregon program that partnered three hospitals with Meals on Wheels to deliver healthy meals to older adults with chronic illnesses, a Massachusetts program that provides meals for entire families on Medicaid, and a California program that offers a Medicaid waiver for health food program.
