- The House Progressive Caucus released a list of recommendations that encourage the Biden administration to end the ACO REACH payment model. According to the caucus, the model, which was formerly called the Direct Contracting payment model, enables “third-party middlemen to manage care without seniors’ full understanding or prior consent, and often through for-profit businesses with incentives to restrict care.” (Article here)
