  • The American Hospital Association (AHA) filed several motions asking a district court to examine how the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) plans to repay hospitals for 340B payment cuts. The AHA argued that hospitals that weren’t affected by cuts to the 340B drug discount program shouldn’t be required to repay any of those funds now that the Supreme Court ruled such cuts were unlawful. The group also said that any hospital repayments should not factor in budget neutrality requirements. (Press release here; Article here)
