  • A new Gallup poll revealed that at least half of American workers say they’re “quiet quitting.” While the proportion of engaged workers held steady at 32 percent during Q2 of 2022, the proportion of actively disengaged workers hit a decade-high 18 percent. Among workers younger than 35, the percentage of actively disengaged employees rose by 6 points from 2019 to 2022. The overall decline was especially related to clarity of expectations, opportunities to learn and grow, feeling cared about, and a connection to the organization’s mission. (Poll here; Article here)
