- The Biden administration filed a request to consolidate the 34 lawsuits against the administration’s vaccine and testing requirements. As a result, the Sixth Circuit will decide whether to permanently halt the mandate. A variety of plaintiffs — including Republican attorneys general in at least 26 states the National Retail Federation, the American Trucking Associations, and National Federation of Independent Business – have filed lawsuits against the employer mandate, arguing that it was an unlawful overreach.
