- Amazon Pharmacy announced it is partnering with select Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) insurers to integrate its drug discount card into their health care coverage. Individuals who receive health insurance through five BCBS plans in Alabama, Florida, Kansas, Nebraska, and New Jersey and select Amazon as their pharmacy will be able to choose whether they would like to pay for medications through Amazon’s drug formulary or pay with Amazon’s MedsYourWay drug discount card, which can help consumers save up to 80 percent on prescription drugs.
