Providers
  • The CMS published new COVID-19 vaccination deadlines for many health care workers in light of the Supreme Court ruling. The new deadlines require providers to make sure their employees have had at least one shot by February 14 and are fully vaccinated by March 15, with enforcement action threatened to begin in April. The deadlines apply to health care personnel in the 24 states for which the Supreme Court authorized the mandate, which had been blocked by a lower court; Texas is now the only state where the vaccination requirement remains paused.
