Mindy manages client relationships and engagements, specifically overseeing the development of deliverables in accordance with client expectations. She also provides key research and analytic support to the firm.
Mindy is a subject matter expert on community behavioral health, integrated care, and payment reform with over 25 years of experience. She previously held leadership positions with the Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council, National Council for Behavioral Health, and Jefferson Center for Mental Health where she provided leadership, strategy, research, and policy analysis in addition to developing staff training related to integration, health care reform, and value-based payment. As a national consultant, Mindy offers technical assistance to states, behavioral health providers, primary care clinics and other health care providers on community behavioral health, integrated care, value-based payment, finance and sustainable business systems, and delivery system reform. She also previously served as the co-chair of the Colorado State Innovation Model (SIM) Practice Transformation Committee and was on the Steering Committee for SIM.
Mindy holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Colorado College and a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Regis University.
