The Illinois Certification Board (ICB), in partnership with the Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (IDHS/SUPR), launched the Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselors (CADC) Workforce Expansion Program in 2023.
