  • A U.S. appeals court has extended its order halting President Biden’s shot-or-test mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said the mandate was “fatally flawed,” criticizing the requirements as “a one-size-fits-all sledgehammer that makes hardly any attempt to account for differences in workplaces (and workers).” The ruling barred the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) from enforcing the mandate “pending adequate judicial review” of a motion for permanent injunction.
