Senior Director, Data Analytics and Product Development

Geoff is an accomplished health care actuary and data scientist with over two decades of experience in analytics leadership, innovation, and strategic consulting. As a senior director, he specializes in integrating analytics and machine learning into healthcare solutions, focusing on areas such as risk prediction, cost management, and health plan optimization. He excels at translating analytical insights into actionable strategies, helping clients realize substantial value through the practical use of analytics and health informatics.

Throughout his career, Geoff has focused on delivering high-impact consulting engagements for complex clients and leveraging analytics to design innovative solutions that drive business value and improve user outcomes. Prior to joining Third Horizon Strategies, Geoff was a consultant at Terry Health, where he led actuarial analysis, modeling, and artificial intelligence initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on delivering tangible value through data-driven insights. He also previously served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Analytics at Aon, where he led a team of 65 data scientists, actuaries, engineers, and subject matter experts to develop innovative solutions that impacted hundreds of thousands of individuals across 25 countries. His achievements include creating a comprehensive suite of analytics products for both B2B and B2C segments and providing strategic advice to employer clients on healthcare cost management, plan design, and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Active in the actuarial community, Geoff serves on the Health Council of the Singapore Actuarial Society and frequently speaks at professional conferences. He holds an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
