  • GE Healthcare launched its new Edison Digital Health Platform for health care organizations. The platform aggregates applications and patient data from multiple sources and integrates them with existing clinical workflows for easy provider access. It also includes a “cohort manager” tool to allow providers to query data and draw outpatient cohorts for analytics. Earlier this week, the company announced a partnership with AliveCor that will integrate data from AliveCor’s remote monitoring ECG devices into GE Healthcare’s MUSE cardiac management system.
