  • A new survey conducted by Fidelity and the Business Group on Health revealed that employers are evolving their wellness offerings in a post-pandemic workspace. According to the survey, 83 percent of 166 jumbo, large, and midsized employers surveyed expect wellbeing to be a critical focus over the coming weeks as their staff members begin to return to offices. Ninety-one percent of the companies said they plan to center mental health initiatives in their strategy. Another 60 percent will offer physical health initiatives and 57 percent will include work-life balance initiatives. Sixty percent of those surveyed said their workers will operate under a hybrid model this year. (Article here)
